Wild Wing in Innisfil

Walked in at 10 pm on a Saturday night and was told they were closing? Guess you’re supposed to get beers at 3 pm???? What a joke...

Thank you for making this Father’s Day a memorable one. The family and I had a wonderful dinner. Beautiful young lady helped us tonight. She said her name was Rachael. Was busy but she made the line go by very fast. Would definitely order take out again

What a joke! Service is terrible. Weve been done for over a half hour, and server never came back! Not sure what kind of place management is running but employees need to get their act together

We visit this place about twice a month and the girls are always very pleasant

I was extremely disappointed with my food order and also the service. I will typically give an establish that I am patronizing a few opportunities following an unpleasant experience. I recognize and understand that we all experience "off days"and that an off day is only a "snap shot" of the moment. Today however, 4th trip....The wings were over cooked...I ordered a cooler and for whatever reason they have a difficult time with the concept of bringing me a glass filled ice so that I can pour my drink, at my own pace as to not end up with a water downed drink. When the server arrived she had placed my cooler in front of me, poured in a glass filled with ice. I then told her that I asked for a glass with ice. Her response was "oh I did not know what you meant" So, why not ask for clarity? This has happened all four of my visits, hence the 5 start rating minus the 4 consistent blunders.....

all wait staff with long hair, not tied back, one girl kept playing with her hair, not once did my server come and check if I needed anything else, and then I seen her leave when her shift was done, usually you mention to your customers that you are leaving. Had to go to cash to get my bill. Very bad service.

These wings are just suppose to be hot sauce. I do not know how you burn wings in a fryer without really screwing up but mission accomplished

Service was slow. Server forgot our appetizer. She apologized and offered to comp my boyfriends bill which sounded great. Didn't come back to offer refills for our drinks until we finally asked and then we asked for our bill which took forever to get to us. Comped bill?? No just 10% off. Which would have been ok if she hadn't have said comped bill...which was so much more.

Newly renovated; tile flooring, new booths, refinished bar, etc.Staff are always attentive and courteous to the patrons. Ensuring everyone feels welcome and taken care of.Wings and various other items on the menu are great. I personally am not a fan of the plain french fries myself however.During the COVID-19 pandemic, this establishment has ensured social distancing is maintained via spacing of the tables/chairs, and ensuring anyone who enters or walks around the restaurant wears a face mask.

Seemed a bit understaffed at the time. But is a good bar in Innisfil when not too busy.

Delicious wings, friendly staff, parking is sometimes an issue though

My friend and I had an awesome time eating here for dinner this past Tuesday night. Our server Erika was incredibly friendly and attentive. When taking our order, she sat down with us and went over the menu and consistently checked on us throughout the meal. The food was great and the atmosphere was so pleasant and upbeat. It was such a happy experience and I'm so grateful to Erika for our wonderful time. Cheers!

Dont go there. Place is a hole. Stench of smokers cigarettes dominates. 3 TVs and 2 broken. One has 3D glasses look and other one puky green. Wonderful. Place had 5 single people and 2 families for a Thursday dinner time. Really?? There s reason why the place is empty. Did not received flavor as ordered. Had not been there in 2-3 years and now done for good. Spend your hard-earned money ANYWHERE else. Wild Wing has gone down severely.

Absolutely Horrific !! Worst Place Ever !! Food was Garbage ! Staff were more busy having a good time with the drunks in there . Food came cold as the staff were outside smoking ! This establishment is disgusting !! I open restaurants on a daily basis and this place is by far the worst i have ever seen !!! They wont be open much longer ! Go to st louis down the road . There is no comparison !!!!

Great first experience. Just moved to town and didn't have tv hooked up. I wanted to watch the Barrie Colts game. When I went in and asked if they could put it on they not only put it on a tv above the bar but out it on the giant screen on the wall for me.Will for sure be back

Good service. Friendly wait staff. Prices are high. 5 poppers $9.00..pint of coors $7.00. Very dark interior.

Randomly ended up here during a drive to check out the local beach. The server made our experience the best one we ever had at a wild wings. I don’t remember her name, but she has purple hair. She was amazing! She gave us a little history on the town and some info on the future developments. Also told us what roads to avoid because a rain storm was heading our way. She was quick to serve and knew exactly when to end the conversation. The kitchen also made the wings amazingly well along with the garpar fries. I defiantly recommend this place.

Horrible location. Serving staff is good but they can never get my order right. I have been going here for the past 3 years and they have never got my order right. I always get takeout Friday nights. Once they forgot my gar-par fries. Next time they forgot to put the right sauce. Just came back from the restaurant, today they forgot my order or cajun spice that I ordered on the side even though they chared me for it. Since last year I have been driving to the huronia location even though this location is less than a kilometer from my home.Today I gave them another chance and they messed up again. I got home my wife asked me "what did they forget this time". Wait staff is good. Something is differently wrong with the kitchen. maybe it's just me but I will never go here again and will not recommend anyone to this location.

Tried this place about a year ago and wasn’t impressed. Not enough staff at that time and too long a wait. I have been going to the one on Hurontario in Barrie and have never had a bad wing or experience. Didn’t feel like driving to Barrie so I thought I would give the Innisfil location another try......lolThey had no wings that were not breaded. Ran out. You could only get breaded wings. First of all, I can’t stand breaded wings, and two, my girlfriend has a gluten allergy so she can’t eat breaded wings. Oh well, last try Innisfil Wild Wing!!!!!Back to Barrie I go for good this time.

Would NOT recommend!! Went in last night and ordered wings for takeout and ended up getting food poisoning from it. Not worth it

Good atmosphere, wings were cooked well, tasty, and the portion size was a good buy for the money. There are not alot of beers on tap but they do have some regulars for most people. The service was remarkable the waitresses know there jobs and do it well. I would recommend a trip here for wings and beer, you should check it out.

Food was great but there didn't seem to be any draught beers on.

Service is good but food was under cooked

Waitress was working alone during the lunch shift , she was literally passing out on a chair and would disappear outside to smoke leaving the patrons inside alone. She kept reassuring us she was “tired” but her eyes and body language made it clear she was drunk. Horrible. Apps and mains were ready at the same time, she informed us of this and said “I can microwave the wings if you want the apps first” like gee thanks just what I’m paying for.

Terrible customer service. I asked for boneless wings not once but twice just to make sure. Got bone in, brought it to the managers attention and he told me theres nothing he could do. I come here a lot so I'm familiar with the prices. I ordered in total 4lbs of wings and nothing else. Came to $75. When I asked for my receipt he gave me one with no prices listed on it. When I asked to see the right copy he told me I was wasting his time and to leave.

Went in earlier today for lunch. Service was great. Had a beautiful brunette server who was very nice. Wings were fresh and delicious. Would come back

I ordered plain wings with Frank's no breading. I got breaded bbq with Frank's on it. I complained and ask for wings to go and got tandoori wings. Plain wings well done is this rocket science

Horrible, worst service I’ve ever received in my life, from any restaurant. Some really rude and nasty women working there, wouldn’t surprise me if they aren’t even certified to bartend.

Seemed like only one server was running the whole place and it was super packed but she did a great job.

The dill hot dog was amazing it had dill sauce, thin pickles and a deep fried pickle, weiner was good quality, jalapeno poppers were great, delivery quick but the wings...too small, not good quality.

Sad to say but I don't feel that this place will be around much longer, and I think the owners know it as they don't seem to have kept the place up at all. Very dirty and grimy. Food was decent and staff was very friendly.

Very helpful as I am disabled. I noticed that the staff puts SafeServe to use and makes sure patrons dont drive impaired. Food was good and beer cold.

Went in Sunday evening for a couple beers and wings. They had the football game on the projector. Our waitress was attentive and polite. Cold beer, good wings, and great service

Service here is always friendly, the girls are knowledgeable on flavours & specials. Even on an incredibly busy night the wait times aren't that bad, they seem to have their system well figured out. I typically go on the slower times in the day, and every time I'm treated like a top priority customer, always checking up to see if anything is needed, but they're not too pushy either. Wings are always great, with just the right amount of sauce. Not much to complain about, I would recommend for all

The service was great, the problem is the wings were very fatty. The owner must be cutting costs by buying cheap grade C wings, at the cost of loosing my business, I will not go to this location again. HEY EVERYONE GO TO the Wild Wing at 237 Mapleview Dr. I have been there many times and the wings have always been excellent.

This is an average Wild Wing. It's got great food, although I wish the portions were 10-25% larger. The staff do their job and usually have a smile on their face. Prices are also about 10-25% higher than they should be, albeit that's likely controlled by the chain. This could be remedied if there were slightly bigger portions, but if you're simply going out for a night of wings with the lads, this is a decent choice. I can't see anything that would ruin someone's time here, other than possibly slightly low wing portions/high prices. The place is fairly busy usually, so that should be kept in mind when visiting.

Didn't get what I ordered. Was kept waiting half hour for waitress to come out side. Rather than making me fresh wings, they put garpar over what was on the wings with tasted horrible. It is obvious that the wait staff they have now don't know what they are doing.

Owners dont care, quality lower, sad sad, i wish they dont sell to overseas owners who dont care. also they NEVER get orders right, be warned.

I called in for a pickup order. Paid and everything was going good. Until they had no cutlery for takeout. I didnt look at my food which usually i do before i pay. Server was rude so she didnt get a tip. When i got home which is a 10 minute drive. I found that my (poutine) was just cold fries. I tried calling back when i got home 3 times and each time got an awnsering machine. I will never go to this establishment again as i will be adding a pitcure of how they keep their food containers. Sept 17/2017. Between 7-8pm.Not to mention there was no management which to my knowledge is illegal. She spent about 5 minutes trying to get ahold of someone in a panic. Very dissapointed!!

Tried calling multiple times to place a take out order...unfortunately I guess everyone working was too busy to answer the phone.Will try again on another night, hopefully someone can take a minute to answer the phone to take an order

4 stars because our server Rachel was incredible. She was attentive and quick despite being super busy on a Saturday night. She seemed to have been serving the entire restaurant. The reason for the one star off was the other staff member. Not sure if the other woman was the manager or another server but she seemed to have kept disappearing throughout and even started crying at one point...Definitely needs to be more staff scheduled. One person should not be running an entire restaurant.

Great service with fast responses. Would definitely recommend. Food was great as well with plenty of entertainment choices. Only one complaint and that's somewhat small wings but beyond that a great experience.

Sketchy atmosphere. The fare was typical (and good), lots of attention from the bartenders, but the eyes I was getting from the locals...I won't be going back I don't think.

Service was wonderful but the boneless chicken wings were like hokey pucks could not eat them all
